Frequently Asked Questions

Orders

Can I change my order after I’ve submitted it?

Our ability to edit orders is limited but we are more than glad to find a suitable solution for you. So long as your order has not yet shipped, any of the products you purchased can easily be substituted for another of the same price. If the alteration you desire would result in a change to the total order value, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you accept returns?

Certainly! While we do not resell seeds that are returned to us, your satisfaction is the top priority. If any of the items in your order are not to your liking, please ship them to the return address on the shipping label of your package. Returned products must be delivered to us within 30 days of your initial purchase to qualify for a refund.

Products

Are your seeds certified organic?

The term “organic” is legally protected (and for very good reason), thus we technically cannot use it in reference to the seeds we sell.

With that said, the right to display this label is all that our products lack in regard to the standards and practices it represents. We are committed to regenerative growing practices that protect the soil, wildlife, and the climate. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are ever used on our crops and it should come as no surprise that genetically engineered varieties have never — and will never — make an appearance in our gardens.

Can I grow your seeds if my farm is certified organic?

Growers with USDA organic certification are allowed to use non-certified seeds when certain conditions are met, such as when an equivalent organic option is not available to you. As we offer many rare and endangered varieties, some of our offerings are not readily available through other suppliers. If this pertains to the product(s) you wish to purchase, it may be permissible to use our seeds in certified organic operations. However, other conditions and/or documentation practices may also be required.

Please note that we are not qualified to provide legal advice and no part of this answer should be regarded as such. Before determining if non-certified seeds are a viable option for you, we urge you to contact your certification provider directly to discuss the details of your situation.
